BELIEFS

THE BIBLE

We believe the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God. The Bible is complete, authoritative, and true. We believe that scripture alone, not tradition, is authoritative for the faith and practice of every Christian.

THE GODHEAD

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Distinguishable but indivisible. God is sovereign over all things; He is all-knowing, all-present and all-powerful.

JESUS

We believe Jesus was fully man and is fully God. We believe in His virgin birth and sinless life, in His complete and finished work on the cross, His bodily resurrection from the dead, His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His future return to this earth to establish His kingdom.

SALVATION

We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone. We are saved by grace, through faith in Christ Jesus and not by our own works or efforts.

PROMISE OF THE INDWELLING SPIRIT

We believe that anyone who believes in their heart and confesses with their mouth that Jesus died for their sins and was raised from the dead; and accepts Jesus as Lord & Savior will receives God's Holy Spirit, by which they are born again.

MINISTRY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit to empower us to follow and live like Jesus, and to submit to the will of God. We also believe the Holy Spirit still manifests in believers today to do God’s will.

BAPTISM

We believe in water baptism by immersion as public declaration of the death, burial, and resurrection we share with Christ.

RAPTURE

We believe the Church is the Bride of Christ and will be snatched up to meet our Lord Jesus in the air before the Tribulation that comes upon all the earth. After the Tribulation, we will return with Jesus at His 2nd coming to establish His Kingdom on the earth.

MARRIAGE

We believe Marriage is a union into which one biological man and one biological woman may enter for the glory of God and is only separated by death. Men and women were created equally in the image of God but have different roles in God’s design and plan.
